We will have a brief conversation with you by phone, email, or video to understand your child's specific needs, the subjects they need support in, and the outcomes you are aiming for. This is completely free with no obligation.
We will also answer any questions you have about how sessions run and confirm the rate before anyone commits to anything.

Based on your child's subject, year level, learning style, and availability, we personally match them to the right tutor. That may be our lead tutor directly, or one of our high-achieving university tutors from the local area. Every tutor holds a current Working With Children Check and is hand-picked for their subject knowledge.
Once you are happy with the setup, Alex establishes a regular schedule that suits your student and family. Sessions are managed through our booking system for easy scheduling, invoicing, and session notes.
After each session, a written summary is shared with the family covering what was covered, homework set, and any areas to focus on next time. Alex stays in touch throughout and is always available if you have a question.
